Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings November 8, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
The listing of matters, are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair, which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law

Open Hearings began at 3:06
- RDA- Linda and John Balick, Applicants seek to remove trees on 28 Ona Dr within buffer zone of Otis reservoir. . Approved removal of 9 trees and other “snags” on property. Additional work involving structures to be managed through an NOI, to be filed later. Consideration be given to planting new trees between house and water as part of NOI. A unanimous negative determination was made. RDA 2016-18
- RDA-Jean Armitage, Applicant seek to regrade and build fence at 55 Lakeside Dr. within buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. Grading for car parking and a fence not to exceed 40 feet from water. No special conditions were required. A unanimous negative determination was made. RDA 2016-17
